What is a Outdoor Fitness Camp?

Busy People Outdoor Fitness Camp is a 4-week program held outdoors in a local park in your area. Each camp will have between 10-20 participants and we will meet 3 times a week for 1 hour. This program is designed for everyone, both men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Outdoor Fitness Camp is a FUN way to exercise and get in shape!

Busy People Outdoor Fitness Camp

This Outdoor Fitness Camp will put the boot campers through a tough and challenging work-out every time! The camp will include circuit training, boxing and cardio kickboxing, strength training, running, jumping, plyometrics, agility training and sports related activities. Every fitness level is welcome-no one will be asked to do more than they can safely do. This camp will kick your butt! It's a promise.

Mom & Baby Stroller Fit Camp

The Busy People Fitness Mom & Baby Stroller Fit Camp is designed to help new moms get back into shape after having a baby. The classes combine strength training exercises with cardiovascular drills. The only equipment needed for this class is a mat, dumbbells, resitance bands and a stroller or jogger. Bringing your baby/child to the Mom & Baby Stroller Fit Camp eliminates the cost and stress associated with finding appropriate childcare in order to go to a gym or fitness center. Participating in the Mom & Baby Stroller it Camp is a great way to teach our children at an early age the importance of fitness and exercise. And on top of getting a great workout and not having to leave your baby in order to exercise-Mom & Baby Stroller Fit Camp is a great place to meet other moms with similar interests! In order to participate in this camp, your baby must be at least 6 weeks old and 8 weeks for moms with c-section delivery.

What is a typical day at the Outdoor Fitness Camp?

You should expect to do some light running/jogging, weight training, circuit training, basic kickboxing, jump rope, strength training, sports related games etc. Each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. The program includes exercises to firm your legs, butt, arms and to flatten your stomach, reduce body fat, increase strength and stamina and to look and feel great! Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.

What is the cost?

A Outdoor Fitness Camp is a great way to receive fitness instruction by certified trainers for just a fraction of the cost of a one on one personal trainer. The cost of a 4 week program, which includes 3 sessions a week (12 sessions total) is only $180 ! You also have the option to sign up for 2 days a week (8 sessions total) $120. That comes out to $15/session.

What do I need to bring?

These items can be purchased at any local Target, Walmart, Copelands Sport, Big 5 for about $30-35 dollars. Also remember to wear plenty of clothing (winter time), good running shoes and bring a towel and a bottle of water. Last but not least-bring a great attitude and be ready for the adventure!

Corporate Outdoor Fitness Camp Team Building Events

Plan a morning, afternoon, evening or weekend of team building boot camp activities for your employees. A typical team building event will range anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 hours and the physical activity level range from low to intermediate. Attendees who prefer not to participate in physical activities can still join the fun as assistant facilitators, judges and referees. Each team buidling boot camp event will be customized to your specific needs. Below is a sample list of some activities that may be included in an event:

Weekly Corporate Outdoor Fitness Camp Training

Why not bring a weekly Outdoor Fitness Camp Fitness class to your job site? Busy People Fitness boot camp trainers will come to your facility/job site on a weekly basis on a set day and time.
